Months at minimum. 3-6? maybe. This is why, to me, these kinds of state RICO cases are just too sprawling and too risky to take to trial. They probably will get convictions, but compare following this for months on end, into the minuaite of gang life and this song and that song for months, for a jury, you start to lose focus.

The R. Kelly trial took about 6 weeks and I followed every day of it, he just looked guiltier by the day. Worse and more sickening evidence was revealed everyday. The jury convicted in like 6 hours. This case, by contrast, at the state level, has been underway for basically over a year. it took like 7 months or so to get a jury seated.

Even if Jeffery beats this (and he probably won't) his finances will be in absolute ruin. This is the most long winded fukking trial I have ever seen.
