Now, Zod was in the phantom zone so he ain't get the message but he pulled up on earth talking all that raspy shyt, doing all dat tough talkin. Just like Mongul did, Just like Despero, just like Starro.... I was disappointed in Zod for not being more strategic, but he was drunk on power.


M'comm X gave no fukks about any alien life and even the martian CaCs on his planet....
But his endeavors were all for a sanctuary for his skinfolk to call home.....
All of that just to get black folks...I mean white martians (lol) outta that oppressive society touched me a lil..... shows that even mfs I thought irredeemable have some admirable qualities, and he Earned it.
M'Comm may not be the best scorer but when it comes to assists, blocks and rebounds he's a fukkin MVP, it's no wonder he's valued by Darkseid...he was invaluable this season.
And if this season has shown us anything about how they feel evolution works...he might be bout to spawn an entirely new species on Chameleon Boys homeworld.

I mean yeah. Both Marvel and DC have been historically trash when it comes to Black and other non-White characters (DC slightly more than Marvel). But it's also, a reflection of America, TBH. White people wouldn't "accept" Black comic book superheroes until the '70s and even then....not entirely.



Yeah, Rocket was created by Milestone Comics (which DC bought) in the '90s by the GOAT Dwayne McDuffie (RIP) and one of his college friends, Denys Cowan. The guy you're referring to is Icon - but he's not Rocket's uncle lol.



No one knows. WB/DC hasn't greenlit a season 5 yet which is weird.

Before season 3 ended, they had already greenlit season 4. Maybe, YJ isn't doing well enough for them. We'll see what happens.

I know he's an alien who takes the role of a black man (before Martian Manhunter in JLU) but isn't he introduced as her uncle in YJ?

I actually think that was Metron’s plan all along as an experiment and the shadow we saw on the rocks was always Lor-Zod and not SB especially when you factor in that he was sent to the Zone so that would have never been his silhouette. He gave a 2nd chance to do things differently and he still made the same mistake over again and thus playing right into Metron’s hands.

Nah the Relationship still going, Tribute was paid in the form of Supergirl, and M'comm was given back safely because he's Darkseid's minion, meta humans are still being trafficked to Apokolips.... It's still business as usual
The reason for the big space treaty was that the Justice league needs help dealing with the Alliance

I want to see Ra's al Ghul go against Vandal Savage, General Zod, and Darkseid

I’m cool with Ra’s vs Savage.. the other 2 would body him but I am interested in seeing him or the league of assassins come back into the mix

I’m cool with the space based characters but there’s some earth plotholes they haven’t addressed yet

The villains have too much going for them so I’d actually like to see how the team and the league actually would win whatever war they’ve been teasing for 4 seasons

Not necessarily a bad finale, but it could have used an extra episode as the final battle felt mad rushed. With that being said, going by previous trailers released it's obvious that plans changed at some point for time reasons. One of the trailers that spoiled Razer's appearance had him fighting Lor-Zod in space, which never happened. We also never got the explanation about Connor's comment about "He's the spawn of Darkseid" never happened either. Oh and the marketing promos for this show had Lagoon Boy joining the team in place of Superboy and M'gann which didn't happen either.

Can we infer from the Legion's comments towards Connor and the post-episode trailer that the they're aware of Kara's existence and Superboy will be needed as one of the keys to defeating her?

The Reddit page got nuked as it spoilers Razer’s appearance. I’ve been trying to find it since to no avail. The Lagoon Boy photo came from Reddit as well which they got from HBO Max during the Nightwing arc and the SB comments were in the mid-season trailer.

I noticed Tim Drake (Robin) in the crowd at the wedding and they changed his design. He looks more like he did in The New Batman Adventures




Also, apparently, Greg Weisman (co-creator of YJ) wants to make Kid Flash gay and in a relationship with El Dorado but WB/DC is opposed to that. Making every other character LGBT is fine except for Kid Flash, I guess lol

They alluded to it as well last season during that episode with the group date night at the fair, but I guess they can’t outright acknowledge it as you say

More unearned character moments with M'gann's sister Em'ree, who we hadn't seen since episode five, and only been mentioned once after.

Batman did not get a single line of dialogue the whole season.

Dru-Zod is dead, Lor-Zod trapped in the Phantom Zone, but the white woman gets away safely.

Seriously. If this show comes back they need to move on from these characters. This whole season was extremely stale, and Conner and M'gann's wedding was the perfect send-off for the original Team.

They've already botched the Outsiders characters (Static, Blue Beetle, Wonder Girl, Beast Boy, Halo, plus the other characters like Tim Drake and Spoiler). Some people on Twitter suggested they time skip to when Damian and Jon are old enough to form the Super Sons. I'd be all for that, and then the new 'Team' could be them alongside Wallace West, Emiko Queen, Crush, and maybe Sideways and Teen Lantern.

YJ doesn't need any "Super Sons" stuff. Also, WB/DC is working on a "Battle of the Super Sons" animated film about Jon Kent & Damien Wayne and it's supposed to come out before the end of this year.
