Anyways, IMO, this was a great finale episode. The Zod fight was obviously rushed but still I liked the episode.

This episode reminded me of Justice League Unlimited. The 5th season (if they get greenlit) should be called Young Justice: Unlimited lol.

Braniac-5 cameo (I really need that YJ Legion of Super-Heroes spinoff)

Batman went the entire season without saying a single word and only a 20 second cameo


Who was that Shaggy from Scooby Doo looking ass dude at the wedding?

That was Marvin back from season 1. He was one of the people that went to high school with Connor, Mal and M'Gann.

This finale was like most of this season.

The animation for Conner's wedding was choppy af and didn't look good at all.

There was lots of plot induced stupidty and asspulls in this episode

Beast boy didn't do shyt this whole season except mope and waste screen time being annoying. nikka couldn't even show up for the final battle

This season had so many moving parts that built up to a completely underwhelming and anticlimatic season finale. This is the worst Young Justice season yet IMO. The teaser at the end was nice but over the course of the past two seasons the writing has fukked shyt up so bad I'm almost certain those plot lines will be nothing but disappointment

Gimme a season 5 that has hints of Red Hood, evil Supergirl, and an actual confrontation between Apokolips and Earth and I’ll be satisfied. If they’re lucky enough to get season 6 greenlit, I don’t see a 6th coming so let’s get right to the point and dismiss the filler and give us a 2 part or an hour long finale

I want to see Ra's al Ghul go against Vandal Savage, General Zod, and Darkseid

They could have done more with Legion as their storyline was rather underwhelming overall especially when you consider how they nerfed Phantom Girl. If we’re being honest, a lot of what’s going to happen next season is mostly to blame on Zatanna even if her actions indirectly helped save Connor

Anyways, this was a good episode. The YJ writers definitely minimized Phantom Girl's powers (her ability to travel to and from the Phantom Zone at will) in order to not make it "too easy" for M'gann and the Justice League to get to Superboy.

RIP to Danny Chase. Ma'alefa'ak is a b!tch.

Now, Zod was in the phantom zone so he ain't get the message but he pulled up on earth talking all that raspy shyt, doing all dat tough talkin. Just like Mongul did, Just like Despero, just like Starro.... I was disappointed in Zod for not being more strategic, but he was drunk on power.


M'comm X gave no fukks about any alien life and even the martian CaCs on his planet....
But his endeavors were all for a sanctuary for his skinfolk to call home.....
All of that just to get black folks...I mean white martians (lol) outta that oppressive society touched me a lil..... shows that even mfs I thought irredeemable have some admirable qualities, and he Earned it.
M'Comm may not be the best scorer but when it comes to assists, blocks and rebounds he's a fukkin MVP, it's no wonder he's valued by Darkseid...he was invaluable this season.
And if this season has shown us anything about how they feel evolution works...he might be bout to spawn an entirely new species on Chameleon Boys homeworld.

I mean yeah. Both Marvel and DC have been historically trash when it comes to Black and other non-White characters (DC slightly more than Marvel). But it's also, a reflection of America, TBH. White people wouldn't "accept" Black comic book superheroes until the '70s and even then....not entirely.

Yeah, Rocket was created by Milestone Comics (which DC bought) in the '90s by the GOAT Dwayne McDuffie (RIP) and one of his college friends, Denys Cowan. The guy you're referring to is Icon - but he's not Rocket's uncle lol.

No one knows. WB/DC hasn't greenlit a season 5 yet which is weird.

Before season 3 ended, they had already greenlit season 4. Maybe, YJ isn't doing well enough for them. We'll see what happens.
