I feel as though, they're trying to cram in too many characters into the show. This show is better with a smaller cast of superheroes (like in the first 2 seasons).
They should just create an Outsiders cartoon, a new Green Lantern cartoon and a Shazam/Shazam family cartoon. I think that would be dope.
Also, I hear that WB/DC is making an "adult oriented" Legion of Superheroes animated series. That should be good

She's power hungry. When she's in Shazam form, she's obviously extremely powerful and gets too headstrong. She often doesn't think about her actions.
Piffery. I recently came across the "Phantom Stranger" character during a random video I was watching on another character. Duke seems like a harbinger of fukkery.
With that being said, the first part of the season was a bit of a drag. I appreciate the social commentary/real world parallels, but it's been done...to death.
The Beast Boy story arch is redundant and feels borderline lazy. You're trying to tell me that his team let his depression go on for this long? No OG's pulled up and hitt'em with that compassionate yet stern "Not like this, young bruh.
." Man's just gonna poor up pints and roll off pills all day?
The Tigress/Cheshire arch was solid. It was a nice reprieve from the doldrums of the Mars saga.
The magic arch with Zatana and her jits was dope too. That last era of the DCAU, right before they rebooted it and let Constantine put in work, really peaked my interest in the magical bruhs. I feel like fate was nerfed, though. Gonna need the professional readers to confirm.
I look forward to the next season. I wanna see the OG's be further explored. I also wanna see where they go with Mary Marvel/Darkseid/Savage.

Mary Marvel has always been around as Captain Marvel/Shazam' s female sidekick, but her most poppin time was when she got a push and went evil and made a female fury for Darkseid
She made one hell of a fury too
The power of shazam is one of the most OP power sets in comics...it seem like just Magic Superman..but the writers have ran wild with what they can do...google it, its crazy
So what they are teasing is Marys turn to(the literal) Darksied, by making her Addiction to power and refusal to return to regular Mary as a means to do it

So I just caught up… 
This feels like the worst season so far. The Tigress arc is the only story line I’ve truly enjoyed. I appreciate what they tried to do with the racism and identity angle, but other than that and Connor’s death, the Marz arc fell kinda flat. Maybe it will be revealed that it has laid the groundwork for future stories.
This Zatanna arc
Her and the Sentinels got their ass beat for five episodes straight. I don’t even think Zatanna got a single hit in. I thought Dr. Fate was supposed to be a beast, but they had him looking like a damn scrub. I can’t believe they had bad luck girl defeat Flaw with one simple spell
Anticlimactic as hell. And it’s so messed up that Zatanna recruited these kids just to offer them up as sacrifices to Nabu. Khalid was meant to be a medical doctor, I don’t think this was the fate he had in mind
Zatanna did Mary wrong. Flaw probably would’ve killed all of them if it wasn’t for Mary holding it off. I’m really curious to see what happens to her next. I hope they don’t make her a villain.

I don’t think we needed a scene in every episode showing us how depressed he is. I think he got more screen time then M’Gann
The only two things that I really liked from this arc are the Magic School Bus and Vandal Savage’s origin story.
