Watching s1 and just now realizing that they completely changed Batmans character for this series.

:ohhh:

He's the advocate for the young team and trying to get superman to be a father figure and taking Robin out to play basketball when Robin was upset about Aqualad being the team leader.

My biggest issue with the show right now is that they seem to padding the overall storyline of The Light, which is supposed to be endgame. We barely even got a mention of them last night and I don't even think that the majority of them even had any lines of dialogue.

They don't seem to have a sense of direction in where they want to go as they keep shuffling the OG crew in and out of the main focus of the show every season. They seem to have too much freedom over there at HBO Max and it's hurting the show.

Most importantly, the show desperately missing Wally as a character.

Greg always has his stuff mapped..

It was never about the light.. It was vandal savage creating an army for the fight with darkseid. darkseid was going behind the scenes to find the equation so he can control vandal's army..

We don't fully know that as we don't know how much plans changed during the 5 year layoff of the show and the pivot to having more freedom via streaming.

I totally forgot that website even existed as I stopped checking it once the show initially got cancelled and that he used it to answer questions about the show :ehh:

he answered what he could while it was cancelled and gave the no spoilers on what he hoped he can get to. but he was asked about what changed and what stories he kept.

he still answering.. the "it's not about the light" that part is my opinion from the story. based on what happened and my comprehension, thats my conclusion. Vandal was using the light, who used the reach to create these metas for him to use in his final battle.

Which would explain why they had OceanMaster killed in Season 3 as he was interfering with their plans.

I would assume that Endgame would be finding out a way to take out Vandal and/or Darkseid that doesn't involving face to face combat as there's no way that they can take the hence the purpose of the Legion of Super-Heroes this season.
