It really hasn't, its hard to have a hiatus that long and then come back and have that same quality. Too much shyt has changed the people that made seasons 1 and 2 great have already moved on and this new team can't recreate that.
I don't know who decided to start the new season off by going to fukking Mars for several episodes but whoever they are they should be fired.
This shyt is boring, I've never been a fan of the martians on this show, and frankly Superboy and Miss Martian's nuptials should've take up 15 minutes tops before the show moved on to something more interesting.

Damn so this season is more like season 3 than 1&2? Sounds like the long layoff killed it. It’s not even a super heroes show anymore it’s about politics and it has suffered. I’m not sitting through another season of season 3 levels of slow paced drama and little action. Y’all wake me up when it gets good or I’m moving on
