Given that all you have to do to turn it on is say "xbox on", it HAS to be on all the time at some level...

Wait....what? I'm too old for all these conferences and didn't even bother to watch it. But I'm going to just say that that can't possibly be true......It just can't be.

Having to pay for a game if you want to play it on someone else's system.....? The only thing I'll say about that is, if MS is doing it, then they are pretty sure Sony is doing it and that is the ONLY reason they announced it if that indeed happened. There is no way they would release a console that you couldn't play used games on unless the competition was also doing it. Theres just no way......
