3gigs of ram for the OS is just a monumental fukkup and shows that they really could give two shyts about the games. The Ps4 has a faster/more powerful GPU, in addition to having more ram available for it to play with.

There is going to be a rude awakening for people when it comes to sales for this thing. Tablets are making computers come of age, similar technology is for the gaming industry. You can't have every other device that you own be multi-faceted and your console not be that. We are, but then we aren't who Microsoft is chasing. I will buy virtually every exclusive for both PS4 and X1 because that is simply what I do. I know for my multiplats, I'm going to get this for PC. I didn't spend damn near three grand last year for nothing. I don't fantasy football nor do I watch much outside of sports. However, I realize that a lot of us do. Microsoft paid $400 million for this partnership with the NFL so somebody must know something. There has to be something else going on with the marketplace. Netflix is most watched on the PS3. Damn near everyone has a PC but that is most watched on a console in a living room and please don't forget that most people were buying the PS3 to have a blu-ray player early on. The damn console was delayed to ensure diode yields for the blu-ray drives were higher and to have the HDMI 1.3 spec, for 1080p video playbook. Those don't look like gaming reasons, it was for the BR vs HD-DVD war nor does this advertisement.
Ultimately, you have to understand that we are not the majority, we are the minority and we are a very small one at that. So, I'm not mad, for 'gaming' consoles to remain vibrant in the marketplace, this is the route to go. Unfortunate because I would love all of that to be devoted to games but since I want 'gaming' consoles to have a place in this world, this is the necessary evil that we must go through. Look at mainstream coverage of the PS4 vs the Xbox One and see what the average consumer sees.

I get that Microsoft didn't want to blow their load with E3 right around the corner but these guys showed off a gaming console with not a second of gameplay footage. Sure, we might've seen some gameplay visuals but still, no gameplay. And I love how people are holding onto the '15 exclusives' quote like it's their precious. You know damn well it's gonna be Halo, Forza and Gears, that Quantum Break game, maybe two or three surprises and then eight or nine Kinect games.
Times have changed sure, but Twitter is a decent gauge of the average consumer because of trickle down effect where more informed people are very vocal and it spreads quickly. The Xbox one didn't get a lot of positive talk on twitter today, and people are more informed today about electronics than they were in the past IMO.

People are fickle, once E3 and the games hit, tunes will change. People are sheep, just watch.
We'll see, but for the most part this thing is getting destroyed on pretty much every gaming site, and a lot of negative talk on twitter.

I have no doubt in my mind about it. As a gamer, it took over half an hour to talk games. That said, we have E3. If they fukk up there, then there is no hope. However, they go first in the conferences, I'm pretty sure they will come out with guns blazing.

Smooth sailing from here on out...
I doubt E3 will be much different than this shyt was. They will spend 20-30 minutes doing a recap of this conference, 30+ minutes talking up Kinect & it's games, & squeeze in some actual games at the end. All while mentioning random apps every now & then.

Casual gamers probably could care less about these new consoles, if they they did then the wii u would be eating. Microsoft will do well solely from xbox live..most gamers are stupid and will only go where there friends go. Me? Im jumping ship..its a PC and quad gang this gen for me..ill get. a x1 down the line
