Each episode better than the next. R.A.G.U. (Rae and Ghost Unite)

They did Stretch and Bobbito dirty tho lol. Those actors looked nothing like them. Still an amazing episode though.

I kinda wish they actually recreated what really happened at stretch and bob. That story is funny as shyt :dead:

fukk the emmys

you nikkas gotta stop being thirsty for white validation

show’s dope nikkas is watching thats all that matters

Emmy's and awards are what keeps the interest, more importantly, keeps these guys in rotation. An Emmy is an Emmy for RZA & Meth, RZA Productions and opens more opportunities for them to develop more shows...Awards for the cast gets them anywhere. We want more seasons. The show then becomes "Emmy-Award-Winning Wu-Tang: An American Saga" and they will keep it going. Plus. the show is that good to be mentioned up with the greats...at least the modern ones, so far.

Now I'm fiending to re watch The Killer. It's been years and my old hard drive with my old movies doesn't work anymore. If anyone has a link let me know. The one I found online is missing the last few minutes. Also for nostalgic reasons I'd prefer the English dub. Gotta hear that classic Cuban Linx dialogue.

Right. I get all the pro black shyt but that “white validation” is what gets these guys paid and bigger looks. Dude playing Ghost should be a much bigger actor. Everybody associated with this show should be eating. There’s an inevitable ceiling when it just stays in the culture. Its the sad truth.

Another GREAT episode. My wife was low key annoyed at how much I was geeking throughout. Just the soundtrack for this episode alone restored the feeling… Jeru… Black Moon… REDMAN :banderas:
When Who Gots The Props:mj: came thru I geeked out too:ooh:

...it was dope seeing Das EFX, Shock G:rip:, Onyx, Bobbito & Stretch in the mix too:obama:

I thought the big Cac chick RZA ignored:laff: at first was Wendy Day:mjgrin:

i have a question.. playing devil's advocate...

Does this show hit on all cylinders if we didnt know about the Wu, whether the show being made up or not being born and knowing the legacy

Yeah, I think this hits harder cause I love Wu Tang Clan. I almost dropped a tear at the end of this last ep and it's because I remember that shyt.
Bobbito is my homie can't wait to laugh in his face for who they cast to play him. :russ:
When they went to WKCR I was like, "I been there." Really, gave me a feeling of pride knowing I been there on some Hip Hop shyt to. :obama:

Whats the real story for this? :ohhh:
i heard them speak on it on a podcast, and they briefly touched on it on their redbull academy interview. Basically it was like 5 of wu. Rolled up on bobbito cuz he was dj'n alone. and basically strong armed themselves into the building and strong armed bob into playing the shyt :russ: but he got MAD phone calls right after he played it like how they did at the end of the episode.
