Let them mfers walk and prepare for the stacked 2027 Draft. These legacy contracts got to stop. I know the new contract shyt is coming up and they never made any real money in the league, but we can't handicap ourselves and what's left of Copper's career just to keep paying Griner and Taurasi. They've done a lot of great things for the team and we the fans appreciate it, but we can't keep paying these women until the year of 2030

If I was a betting man....I'd put my money on Chicago not making the playoffs....Which I think would be best for them...They need another quality starter (Cintron,Miles,Kiki,Paige,Morrow)....Dallas will obviously swap picks with Chicago if they land a higher pick, but Dallas will also not make the playoffs. So the Sky would still get a lottery pick.

I been a Mercury fan long before Griner even got to the league. We won our 2nd title in 2009 and were among the league's best, then tanked for Griner in 2013. Won another in 2014 and since then nothing. Close in '21.
