Either way I'm not into all this soap opera nonsense and it seems like that's always seeping into WNBA convos. I pretty much avoid any of the talk outside the coli. The Caitlin/Reese schism is nauseating.
Why the hell would the Sky tank? You're not getting Paige and the next two players up are Morrow and Iriafen. Iriafen is out because she's playing Angel's position. Does Morrow give them enough shooting and what if they pick 3rd she goes at #2? They'd be left taking a player they could probably get if they just play out the season.
Funny enough, I saw someone saying why is Angel spreading divestor talking points in that injury thread. Came on here and I had a smile that could rival the Cheshire cat.Man I just seen that she got injured on reddit and its just a thread full of dudes shytting on her. I guess it's just a matter of everyone's different sports philosophy.
I'm never for tanking. And don't understand tanking especially if u actually can be in the post season and get experience playing big games as a unit.
The fever and sky were neck and neck for those last positions before Carter went out. That means The fever should be tanking too then.
But they aren't because getting to the playoffs and giving urself a chance to play on is more important than thinking about the acquisition of players who haven't played yet.
(Just my philosophy)
The future is right now. And in a series, the sky would be a hard out against any team because of their size

even if it isn't paige, moving up in any way is how they gotta play it
