THE MAIN ISSUE IS HER TEAM IS TRASH...

SHES BEEN ABLE TO BE THE BEST
PLAYER ON THE COURT ALL OF HER LIFE
WHEN SURROUNDED BY GOOD TEAMMATES.

We need a Christie Sides isn't coaching shyt thread. Caitlin the prodigy has begun to figuring shyt out and Kelsey is en fuego. She is along for the ride.

Caitlin is out here making everybody look better than what they are and is keeping everyone employed like Jason Kidd used to.
Wasn't most impressed with her tonight against Lynx either.

Good job by Clark for taking responsibility for the turnover that stopped Indy's momentum...She said it to the media and coach Sides after she comitted the turnover.

Side note- I don't understand why people get upset at Clark when she gets frustrated and starts pouting...Most great players that are obsessed with winning show emotion.....I'd rather Clark lash out and show emotion than accept playing for a l;osing basketball team.

Big games from Reese/Carter.....good games for Cardosa/Onyenwere....good to see Diamond chip in with 10 points in 18 minutes....Had Chicago not traded Mabrey and Carter wasn't sick for so many gms. The Sky would be saftely in the playoffs...JMO...........Trading Mabrey was not the smartest move. She still has another year remaining on her contract.

Why do people keep repeating this :dahell:? It was the only and right move. She wanted off the Sky so she had to go. She made too much money with all those pitiful performances as the #1 option with the sky anyway. In return we got 2 players who can still help us get into the playoffs this year and even if we dont, we get a better draft pick this year, we get their pick this year to complete our starting lineup in the upcoming draft, and then depending on if they blow up next year or have major injuries, we can pick swap with them next year.

Dana the traitor is up next. Requesting a trade (likely after she was benched for Allen) thinking she good :bryan:

MICHAELA>>>MABREY

WE NEEDED TO GET
MICHAELA MORE PT AND MABREY
DEFINITELY WASNT GOING TO LIKE THAT.

OYENWERE MADE THIS MABREY TRADE POSSIBLE...

THEY STARTED PLAYING HER RECENTLY
AND SHE RESPONDED WITH
9 PTS ON 65/67/80 SPLITS
OVER HER LAST 4 GAMES ...

CARTERS SICKNESS IS THE
ONLY REASON WE ARENT SAFELY
IN THE PLAYOFFS

Jefferson/Banham are end of the bench players...Mabrey is a legit starter/rotation player...Couldve traded Mabrey to a team like Wash/LA/ATL on draft night.......The free agent pool is going to be weak this offseason especially with the expansion draft and players wantinmg to sign one year deals...A player like Mitchell will get cored.

As for Chicago having cap space...Top tier players usually ask out of Chicago.not sign with them.....Fowles/EDD/Dupree/Copper/Mabrey/Etc all demanded trades out of Chicago....Parker signed with Chicago but only because she wanted to play for her home city and they had a legit shot at winning a championship.......and even then, she bolted to Vegas..........Reese could do the same in the future.

Don't none of those teams currently out the playoffs want Mabrey :dahell: . We had a good trade in place and we executed. And players will want to come to Chicago for a number of reasons. New management, new team, promising young core, new practice facility, etc. Not even a concern.

LMAO

MABREYS STOCK WAS AT AN ALL TIME LOW...

PLAYED LIKE PURE TRASH FOR
MOST OF THE SEASON.
POSSIBLY SABOTAGING LIKE EVANS.

SHE GOT HOT FOR A COUPLE
OF GAMES AND GOT US 2 FIRST ROUNDERS.

IF WE WAITED TO DRAFT NIGHT
AND SHE CONTINUED TO STINK
IT UP NOBODY WOULD
HAVE TRADED FOR HIT.

GOTTA STRIKE WHEN THE IRONS HOT.
