I've been without for 2 months now and I can say without a doubt my life is worse off without it. People say you eventually get over it but just micro dosing with a 10 would elevate my mood vastly and make me an easier going man. But now, I am a hard nosed rough neck, and I don't like it.

My dreams came back after just 2 days off. Its been 7 days now and I still don't have an appetite even when I'm starving.

Don't know how long this break will be but will probably be my longest, I need to make some changes and advancements in my life.

Stay hydrated and if you’re not eating much at all get a meal replacement in your system to ensure (don’t as me how) you get some nutrients. I was a heavy user, took me about 2 weeks before I started to have a regular appetite

Youll be alright. Havent vaped in almost 3 months. I may soon though when i get surgery at the end of the nonth and new years
