Dude said he was scared of the "amount" and not that they were taking money. 70k base + 62k in overtime in Baltimore. They were robbing everybody.

that's shyt don't fly these days. a couple years ago, the CPD commissioner was caught, sleep in his unmarked squad car after a night of drinking, and when that shyt got leaked to the pressed, he was forced into retirement (like 1 month early) and demoted by the mayor on the way out similar to bunny colvin on the wire.
