The fact that Muqtada al Sadr re activated his Mahdi Army to “fight US occupation forces,” and that many other Shia militias in Iraq want revenge and are mobilized tells shyt is about to get hella ugly in Iraq. Things are going get real in the coming days.

I followed the Syrian civil war and its spillover into Iraq since the beginning Soleimani helped organized the PMU forces, armed them. The Iraqi shia militias fought many battles against ISIS( battle of Tikrit, they cleared out ISIL forces in the Baghdad belt, Fallujah, Ramadi, Diyala operation etc). The US and Iran ironically were on the same side fighting ISIS both in Iraq and Syria. That is a known fact.

After yesterday they will. We will likely see a political push from pressure from Iran to remove US forces in Iraq. If not then there will a military response by their proxies in Iraq. The militias are ready to be let loose in Iraq.
