This episode was immensely better than the last 5 and shows again why Negan is the current GOAT character on this show, Daryl thought he had that spot locked when crazy Rick left 
Lol at him getting fired and spending all his time playing Gears of War with a bunch of kids
seeing him as a normal guy just trying to keep his sick wife smiling and alive was sad af tho
smh at him asking Carol to smooth things over for him with Maggie tho, as if he stole the last of Maggie’s food rations instead of caving the father of her child’s skull in with a baseball bat

Also, this really puts into perspective how much all of the dope characters on this show were wasted during those 2 seasons, JDM is a great actor, and there wasn’t a single episode during the whole of season 7 that allowed him to showcase that, they just had him swaggering about making dikk jokes

Yup, i dont know if its cause how slow these five episodes have been or the fact i have been waiting for this since his mini arch in the comics, but after watching i am questioning if its a top 10-15 episode in the series tbh.

they definitely ended on a good note. I have been saying since rick left that negan is EASILY the best character on the show and he should be featured in every episode. daryl is cool, but I don't need to hear him grunt in the woods for an hour by himself and a dog.
Definitely a great way to end the Covid episodes. I was thinking that was the end for Negan because he never comes back to Alexandria after he is kicked out in the comics. Season 11 is going to be the most interesting season as I imagine the majority of the storylines will be original as they only have a couple of comic storylines to use for inspiration
