next week is FINALLY the negan backstory.
he's the best character on the show. they should put him in EVERY episode.

These episodes are obviously just hold overs and with covid restrictions they had smaller casts.
A few moments here and there with Maggie and backstory on that first episode. Introduced a new mid-level bad group. Good enough.
Second episode gave us some backstory on Daryl and Leah and dog but they did up the artistry with the new cameras.
Third episode was interesting with May.
Fourth episode was boring even though they tried to give us backstory on Princess - we're too far in to care about Princess though.
This 5th episode could've been shortened by a lot, and I mean a lot, throw this one as a B on episode 4.
Here's Negan will be the best one though.

AMC is greedy. they should have scrapped these bonus episodes.
