AgreedAnd it’s been said plenty already, but with this show actually in a good place again with its writing ect. It’s such a fukking shame we don't have Andrew Lincoln still with the show, his interactions with Negan this season would of been great.

As I said before, now that the writing is good, Carol is REALLY becoming the most interesting character and even thru the bad writing times, her character development has been great. I love seeing her be the only one making moves to gain war advantages, she has given zero fukks for the last 2-3 seasons and it's dope to see her not change up. She is 100% about war action when there is an enemy. She has been the GOAT this season.

Gonna have to go back and see if/where Dante let out the nervous tick sound in previous episodes. They always had him being weird with his comments but still surprised me he was the spy.
Mid-season finale already. Michonne and Judy Grimes bizack. Thought Dante would pass off Siddiq's death as PTSD suicide but guess not as per the preview. Darryl giving him that two piece.

The Whisperers don't seem like much of a threat. They have weaponized walkers, sure; but at this point in the show, walkers are only a minor threat.
Negan and the Governor were threats because they were able to build strong armies. They had food, weapons, technology, secure buildings, and vehicles.
Alpha has none of that. No shelter, no guns, only forest food to eat, no amenities. All Alpha has is cannon fodder and Greg Ostertag. In real ife, it should be pretty easy to turn the Whisperers from Alpha just by offering them hospitality and letting them know that Lydia is alive.
I know what happens in the comics, and I won't spoil it, but this storyline should've only been as long as the Terminus story.

They actually planted seeds pretty early, remember that early convo where it looked like something caught Siddiqs attention while Dante was talking and Dante made that weird comment about Siddiq focusing on his mouth too much? I thought it was dude just being a weirdo, but the signs were there

I still find the whole Rosita & Gabe thing weird as shyt, Rosita & Siddiq seemed way better together
