Movie looks good, noticed a few quips and jokes, looks like there will be laughs.

Good to see there will be a decent amount of Venom

Not going to front that second trailer turns things around, it does look good going off of that. Maybe I am easily pleased since I loved Upgrade but consider me in.

I would say they've done pretty well with kilmonger,thanos and loki

This is a move i would expect from sony, before they made the deal with marvel for spidey

A standalone venom movie is not worth it, if it means he wont be able to interact with spiderman as a villain. And seemingly a step backwards for what their trying to accomplish

Disney, now that it owns the fox properties, has no choice but to make the Rated R movies anyway

Don’t even like venom but I’m going to put my spidey geek hat on and get real nerdy:

Venom doesn’t need Spider-Man. He’s spun off in his own book for 30 years now and had his own adventures without peter Parker and it’s not needed. Whether it’s eddie Brock, gargan, or flash, the venom character has shifted and changed over time and they’ve found new ways to have that character live and breathe without Spider-Man. Is it cool to see them together? Sure. But it’s not necessary.

Their track record of garbage villains is probably due to them being pretty uninteresting in the comics or they go with ones that nobody was very familiar with in the first place. They made zemo lame imo tho

Nah I don’t get with that. You can make any villain interesting; it all comes back to writing and attention to detail. You cast the write actor and write the role in a cool way and you get something that’s dope. Look at Loki or vulture.

Dialogue is pretty bad and Tom Hardy's acting was kinda in spots which is weird because he's a great actor.

As far as the CGI it looked sketchy but it almost always does nowadays in trailers....I assume the movie will look even better.

I dunno. I'm still not 100% sold on this.
