I’m not too familiar with Venoms lore outside the basics but when has the symbiotic ever lived with cooperation within its host and when has it ever eaten people like some generic monster?

Eddie has been living in cooperation with the symbiote for a while now. Especially in this new Donny Cates run. Venom has eaten people when Mac Gargan (Scorpion) was in control and I think the Flash Thompson version did too.

The Eddie and Venom relationship reminds me of the 90s Lethal Protector comic version. I think Venom voice is hilarious and it reminds me of Seymour from Little Shop of Horrors.
