I fully expected to lose at least one game this weekend so I’m not ready to panic.. But I am very concerned about Hubert. He’s barely using the bench and running down the starters already. The end of half/OT possessions were all awful. The players constantly over help on the perimeter and get burned from 3. And he can’t get Caleb Love to stop taking awful shots.

That over helping on 3 was inherited from Roy.
Not using his bench though, idk wtf that's about. He's gotta start using his bench or this team will be DEAD in March. Don't even wanna think about how bad next year would be when all these guys leave.
When they move the ball, they score. When the ball stops, they don't. Hubert gotta figure that shyt out cause the offense is bad right now.
The starters are not run down 7 games into the season. That was a 4 OT game....every team in the country would've been gassed coming down the stretch. Guarding the 3 continues to be an issue like it was with Roy, but outside of running into two very good teams during the tourney, theres not much to be concerned with. He has to play to win, so I'm confused as to when and where the bench is supposed to find all these minutes. Fanbase would be up in arms if he was trying to crow bar 10- 15 mins of playing time in for the entire bench while losing to Gardner Webb, Portland, Iowa State, and Bama. All were tight games and I can't imagine sitting your juniors and seniors so Tyler Nickel and Will Shaver can get some early season run in highly contested must win games. Mando has to play better, Caleb and RJ settled for way too many jumpers, and Dunn and Styles need to play with more urgency. Its clear how different Puff and Seth's urgency is from those two.

Of course they’re not run down *now*, the point is at this current rate they will be run down by the time we get to March.
The straw man about getting Shaver and Nickel minutes isn’t gonna work. You can’t tell me there haven’t been more opportunities to stagger RJ/Caleb with Seth and Dunn, especially when Caleb is getting cooked on defense and forcing up shots on offense. If you can’t play your bench in a close game in November then when will you? When the season is on the line?
The easiest fix with the offense is putting Nance on the bench for Puff. Much like Bacot/Garcia it’s just not a great fit and we may as well get another wing out there to play faster and open the court. Then we can pray Caleb/RJ rediscover their jump shots

You remember when Roy would crow bar minutes for guys in Nov/Dec and fans would bytch only for it to pay off in ACC/tourney play? Guys get hurt, get in foul trouble, or just get flat out tired. Now is the time to develop your bench so when that happens later in the year you don't have to rely on a guy who hasn't seen the floor.
Caleb Love played 58 minutes of a 60 minute game Sunday. Absolutely no reason for that in November breh.

Team looks and plays same exact way they played the first 3 months of the season last year.
Hubert needs to do something. RJ and Love have been TERRIBLE.
Styles is in the dog house, bruh can't even sniff the floor.
Last year was the run. This don't feel like a run it back situation like in 2009 and 2017. We might get bounced in the first round.

Need to see some changes.
Might have to run Leaky at point and let RJ and Love sit for awhile and watch. Like what I'm seeing from Dunn and Puff. Roy would have subbed out all the 5 starters last night just to send a message. I'm ok with the earlier losses as long as the team is better in the long run, but Love and RJ should know better...they are 3 year starters and upperclass men.
I wonder why we haven't seen much a Styles. I liked what I saw from him last year.
