Well trumps lawyers had argued that he would have to be impeached and convicted in the senate in order to be held accountable for a crime. Wouldn't be surprised if they back up that argument.

What hasn't been talked about (surprisingly) is he has to pay Jean Carroll $83 million by Saturday and he's (not surprisingly) trying to delay and stall.

Trump has two problems this go around:
1) Time isn't on his side. He has to post a $91 million bond by this Thursday for the E. Jean Carroll case and $450+ million by March 25th for the NY Fraud case. The judge in the Carroll case shot down the delay tactics 3 times and the judge in the fraud case shot down them putting up $100 million.
2) His lawyers are fukking terrible. Only clout chasers are willing to defend him, and it's showing.

He would probably get a delay if he didn't run his mouth non-stop about how rich he is. The judge should add a few more 0s to the number since he's so rich and never worries about money.
