I have paid attention. The lady has protected Trump and Smith has wasted months going back and forth with her instead of asking for her recusal when it was immediately clear she wasn't going to let this go to trial
Wasted months? Fam seriously shut up… she been filing paperless orders as to use it as a delay tactic and not rule on anything so she don’t get reversed like she did by the 11th circuit twice

Smith got more than enough evidence now to get her up out of here.

You ain’t paying attention smh

He easily could've asked for her recusal after the first 11th circuit decision. He hasn't . He also could've filed charges in NJ. He we are 3 years later with you claiming Trump goes to prison. Even the NY if convicted he'll avoid major time..all these pathetic people are more concerned with protecting the institution and power than the actual country. You sound like Florida fans wrt to napiers bum ass..he just needs his players, time, etc. Merrick never expected Trump to be so stupid. He let all them charges go until Trump forced his hand then he waited 2 years to bring in Smith who keeps fukking around when all these experienced lawyers are telling him to seek a recusal.also, paperless orders just mean she's not using paper to explain her decisions. It's still a court sanctioned action which can be appealed eventually

What’s the legal standard for recusal? Smith is only going to get one shot at a disqualification motion. This dumbass CIPA ruling is the best shot he’s had thus far.

Hey dummy it’s 3 strikes on a reversal when it come to the 11th circuit.. Cannon has 2 already and with this recent motion she tried to pull with Jack Smith ordering him to turn over confidential witness list to trumps team she just gave herself 3 strikes to get removed from the case as Jack smith will seek it in the 11th circuit

That's not how it works in reality. Smith could've asked for her recusal immediately because she was appointed by the defendant. He could've asked for her recusal after the special master reversal. So jack has wasted over year for something he could've done from the very beginning? Is your boy Merrick the Meek running the investigation behind the scenes
