They just traveled together to some of the best areas in the country. Im sure it was all work related :stopitslime:

As well as the flights, in May 2023 Wade ran up a bill of over $800 at the Doubletree Napa Valley American Canyon hotel, according to the filing by Wade’s estranged wife Jocelyn, seen by The Post.

The charges were made on Mother’s Day and showed a two-night stay at the Doubletree hotel, which is just eight miles from several posh Napa Valley wineries.

On Oct. 5, 2022, Wade also paid $477.21 for tickets to Miami for himself and his alleged lover.

Wade also charged a room at the Holiday Inn Express Atlanta on Oct. 9, 2022.

He also made purchases from 1-800-Flowers.com, according to the credit card statements.

Another purchase around the same time for Royal Caribbean Cruises that cost $2,600, according to the filing, which Jocelyn’s lawyers say was another personal trip for Wade and Wills.

Do I think it will change Trump's case? No. It's just DAF to use your man who has no major experience in matters like this as your lead prosecutor. It makes it look exactly like the things we say about Trump.

At worst she will have to step aside but the case will continue… Her personal life ain’t got shyt to do with those defendants pleading guilty to rico

She’s an elected official so, we the voters of Fulton County, will have to decide her fate.

I know which way I’m voting.

She’s the hero we need, I’ll be damned if I vote against her because of a MAGA nonsense and a scorned ex wife.

It's not exactly that. nah, I don't agree with that. Judges are meant to be impartial, prosecutors have a very specific agenda. Assess facts, secure an indictment and conviction. They say they are just following facts, and that's true but lets say the Mueller team hires Andrew Weinstein to head the team, he knows what it is. The sentiment is kind of we are going to get this guy. it's like the mercenary gunslingers, The Magnificent 7.

A District Attorney or US Attorney acting as special counsel, can essentially within reason hire whomever they want, (but the whole thing kind of begs the question should anyone be "hiring" prosecutors at all? I think career prosecutors should be first choice)

This is more like the messy nature of Atlanta politics/ and the messiness of private practice and prosecutors offices, esp. in somewhere like Atlanta, with it's long and colorful kind of corruption and backroom deal, it's very Southerness.

From a legal perspective, this RICO case is a mess. Why use RICO? You have the lead defendant ON TAPE asking for 13,000 votes. You have Raffersberger. You have a few cooperators. A small and concise case would have avoided all this.

You use RICO because you get to bring evidence that might not otherwise be admissible with more straightforward charges because it would violate Rule 403. With RICO you gotta prove organization, so more stuff gets into prove the association.

I think both this and the YSL ones are too messy for their intended purposes, whatever their intentions. But, I get why, it's just will it pay off, or result in the desired outcomes. There's a reason that not every state has a RICO statute. Not saying she's wrong or the case is wrong.

Every state and the feds have RICO statutes. They’re just a pain in the ass to set up and you can often times get similar results charging everyone individually w/ way less work. There’s no real low hanging fruit charge here, so you gotta go for broke.

I understand RICO and federal prosecutions pretty well. Every state does not have RICO statutes, it's only Georgia and 5 others.
