Here we go

It will be really interesting how the chips are going to fall
It’s not free speech when your threatening to incite a riot… Same as you can’t yell fire in a crowded movie theater when there is no fire.. you get arrested… Also he has a history of inciting riots.. it’s documented.. let’s not be contrarians here

Cannon is a Maga cult member and she will do what the cult leader says. If they can't get her out the paint that documents case is done. Jack knows this tho.
And that’s why he has her dead to rights to get her removed from the case.. she revealed a secret grand jury in DC investigating the docs case… That alone is going to get her bushed

I swear people forget "fire in a crowded theater" and think free speech just means say any fukking thing you want whenever and there won't ever be a consequence for it.

Obviously you didn’t read through the article…is not about being contrarians os about DC laws and how strict they are…the judge has to make an unprecedented decision b/c of who trump is…applying DC law on publicly discussing evidence etc. Applying that to a front runner candidate where he as to respond to his voters about what’s going on…the judge has to weigh that among other factors to see how she can apply DC law to trump the candidate.

He's not a "regular" citizen, but he should be treated as someone who is under indictment.

One of the problems with criminal law in the US is that we give too much latitude to people who have power, money and fame which leads to a system that is unfair. Trump is trying to speak out on his criminal case in order to poison the jury pool and endanger the judge and prosecution. No other defendant would this be allowed, but the fact that this is even a question lets you know that dude isn't "regular and won't be treated as such, imo.

Nah breh has multiple indictments including at the federal level.

He’s up against a no nonsense prosecutor appointed by DOJ, judges that don’t like his ass and DAs that couldn’t give a fukk less about him.

Clock is ticking on Teflon Don era, he’s less safe than you/he thinks he is
I love when he's called teflon don, when the og "teflon don" died in prison serving a life sentence :ahh:

Exactly this. The judge should gag order him:dame: and he should be remanded to jail til trial given the seriousness of the offenses
