This does not look like the face of a guy who is facing a weak case. You wanna say the case isn't sexy, I won't argue. It's pretty boring, but Al Capone was locked up for a boring tax crime and not any of the bigger charges.

That's not to say I think he will be convicted. Anything can happen and he'll have more resources to fight it than anyone in the world would, but Bragg has a good record and he ain't for the bullshyt. He's not just out here trying to make a name. He has a case.

His co conspirators flipped on him and there is plenty of pepper work. So the facts are clear as day.

The obvious argument that the defense team will make is to muddy the waters with Cohen, he's a rat and a liar etc.. it's "if this one thing is questionable about the case then you must throw it out" scenario they play up. But on the other side, you have to assume that the DA's office has the facts air tight, there's 30 some odd counts of falsifying.

Bragg called these cacs bluff thinking he didn’t have the balls to indict trump… Hit mans with 34 counts all felonies.. That right there sent a message.. Black folk ain’t scare of these cacs

From my view it appears he was aptly charged for crimes he committed that others have already been convicted for. Sounds like they're seeking justice and have the evidence to support it. Why is that problematic for you?
