the court of public opinion already affected his career, they can't reverse engineer it by starting to play/promote whatever music projects he has next if he's found not guilty.

He could sue for defamation if he's found innocent. He already declined the plea deal and his attorney seems like they're heading that way. Now being found innocent is not a guarantee by any means but he'd get a fat bag or settlement if he went that route.

But clearing his name should atleast keep his connections in the industry alive and him being independent means he doesn't necessarily need to rely on the machine to keep the lights on
