You ever stop to think why? Up until this movie he didn't stay in hulk form for that long. Further more he's shown emotion, he's shown that he understands people talking to him and has reacted to people talking to him in hulk form. He also has shown that he remembers shyt even when he turns back into Banner. This is simply what would happen if he stayed in hulk form longer.
