Not anymore. Thanks to blockbluster overload there's been several successful January releases. Bad Boys 4 Life, a movie with a very similar circumstance to The Matrix, just did great in January.

I'm scared for this brehs. Like I know The Matrix is fire beyond the plot, but it just comes off as Groundhog Day with Binary Code. I'll give it a chance but after Mortal Kombat, I just don't have the strength to have high expectations.
