So it seems Choprah isn't the Oracle based on Enter the Matrix scene with Ghost and Oracle.
In Reloaded when Trinity, Morpheus and Neo visit Merovingian, right at the beginning you see Sati's father, Rama being led away from one of Merovingian's goons.
In Revolutions Neo meets Sati, her Dad Rama and her Mother Kamala in the train station. In the convo he says he works for recycling and the Kamala works as a programmer.
Now I believe it was the convo with Neo and the Oracle in Reloaded when the Oracle says that non-useful programs that are no longer required are recycled by going back to the source on their own accord for termination or hiding in the Matrix. Merovingian and the Trainman were both exiled programs that allow for "information passage" from the place of in-between the Matrix and the source (for termination) - which is the train station.
Now I'm watching Enter the Matrix, and a massive part was missed out: The Oracle's termination code was sold by Sati's parents to save her from deletion. Kamala and Rama sold this to Merovingian, hence why he was seen in Reloaded at Merovingian's restaurant. Oracle then says she knew she would be betrayed, but Sati's preservation is more important than she knows but she believes Sati will change both "your world and our world" i.e., The Matrix and the Real World forever.
At the end of Revolutions Sati is seen with the black cat and tells Oracle she created the sunrise for Neo and hopes to see him again.
Now IF they are the same character, then I think she may have an integral role to the whole film. But her scene in the trailer was so short, it leads me to believe she maybe some one completely different.
