To be fair, The Matrix trilogy wasn't all that good outside the first movie. Yet it was watchable because of the modern day Star Wars effect.
The story took a nose dive during Matrix Reloaded and it felt rushed as hell during The Matrix Revolutions. So the fact that Neo rocking John Wick hair doesn't compare to the shytshow of that trilogy.

I mean in 6 months would his hair have grown enough to match how it's supposed to look for John Wick? It might not have been possible to get back to that look. Henry Cavill had to have his mustache edited out for Superman.HES AN ACTOR.
