I’ve been liking them both equally. I liked the rawness of the comic, but I think they did a great job of finding a middle ground for enjoyable TV. I’m always legit curious as to what will happen next.

I think the comic had good concepts like say superhero's obsessed with fame and a company that controls them.

But the comics just seemed to be a bunch of grotesque goofy over the top shock value stuff.

If they properly adapted it the show would have been borderline unwatchable and had a limited audience.

He's the straight guy of the group so goofy stuff happens to him. It's funnier than goofy stuff happening to the other goofy guys.

He's been good this season. I hope he gets more work. The only thing I remember him from is Leprechaun in the Hood 2.

I read the comics before the show came out. That’s pretty much the writer’s whole thing. Mixing the outlandish stuff, from other fictional works, with harsher consequences lol. His works are always gratuitous sex and violence. Stay far way from “crossed” lol, that shyt was grimy and nihilistic as fukk.

I found out about it after finishing “the boys”. I downloaded the whole series for free and stuck it out until nothing was left but side stories smh. There wasn’t even a point lol. Every story ended with the worst possible conclusion for the protagonist lol
