There's only about 5 or 6 episodes left they're going to have to move on to the finish line. We know Luci still isn't full powered on top of angels going damn near extinct at this point. Gabriel and Luci will need to teammup since Michaels definitely coming to have a chance. Not to mention that dreamwalker chicks body is inhabited by something and is here now too

I'm assuming there is another way that will appear to them can a full powered Rowena rip through time portals? Maybe there's another Crowley on Earth-2

Yeah Dean really didn't communicate that clearly to Sam. It was reasonable to assume that it was ok to use the grace to save Gabriel imo. I guess it was implied that Dean might need more than one trip but I wasn't sure that they had enough of the other ingredients to open it again anyway. I guess they did
