Alphas are not immuned to The Colt it seems
What are the EXACT 5 things that can't be killed by The Colt? By my count so far is: God, Darkness, Lucifer.... I assume Michael so who's the 5th?
Leviathans, whatever Eve was
Sam and Dean don't need to join the Brits... the Brits need to join Sam and DeanKilled an Alpha Vamp and Hitler in the same season.
Eve was the Mother of all Monsters... so I guess that makes sense
I'm starting to think Mick might see the Winchesters' logic and reasoning..... however Mr. Fix It and his Ex-Girlfriend are gonna be a problem to all of them later this season I bet
It's so many rouge elements its hard how all of this is gonna end up:

My guess is it was Death but he got caught slippin already.
some things ive noticed after this episode
-sam and dean are pretty much bobby and rufus at this point. especially with sam being the family peacemaker and dean being the grudgeholder who can be swayed by good booze
-shout out to you all that realized that the men of letters brittania were big fish in a damn small pond.
-what exactly were the men of letters gonna do with the colt? they had no bullets and no means of recreating them, so were they just gonna admire the craftsmanship?
-it seems like all the men of letters chapters may be physically incompetent for the most part. there was no reason that these dudes should have been run up on by fukking vampires, even with a traitor
and i hope this doesnt mean were going back to secrets again. sam better man up in 5 minutes of the next episode

I don't think it's 5 beings rather then 5 categories. Death has to be one and it doesn't make sense that the colt can kill Lucifer and Michael but not Raphael and Gabriel. I would put Leviathians as number 5 but being immune to the colt yet being able to be killed by bleach just makes no damn sense at all.
It also makes sense that Death's sycthe can kill ANYTHING. Even the 5 that the colt can't. Death himself died by the sycthe and Death himself also said he would reap God meaning he has the ability to kill God(and the Darkness)

They didn't put too much thought in the concept of leviathians in hindsight. I'm surprise one hasn't popped back up yet i doubt Crowley and his hitsquad had killed them all
the leviathans are garbage. when it was established that they can be beaten by borax, it was a wrap. they really have no more purpose but to be seen getting killed at this point. bobby went out handing their whole species an L
The bleach didn't kill them it just stung them in the same way holy water strings demons. Nothing they used actually killed them. Decapitatig them left them vunurable for hours but left alone the head would reattach itself. They started locking their heads up away from the bodies so they wouldn't heal but they were still technically alive.
