So, I just finished. A few random ass musings.
I can’t believe there were people that felt like Roman could be CEO
. Dude was so imbecilic they had his ass in management training and he was the acting CFO
. He had almost ZERO business know how. He saw Kendall going through the files of Vaulter, and was calling Gerri like, “Help
! He got papers
! What do I do?” Mans fast tracked a whole damn launch that blew up. He purchased the wrong soccer team. I could go on and on. Dude was beyond incompetent. People talk about his “instinct” but if you peep game it’s really just him thinking everyone is as full of shyt as he is.
I wouldn’t hire that fool to run a Dairy Queen.
The Logan we see in the show is wayyyyyyyyyyy overstated as a business man in online discourse. He didn’t land not one deal
. Like, one of the kids said: this ain’t dad from 20 years ago. Most of the business stuff and mystique that surrounds him his shyt that he did years ago prior to the show. Pierce blew up in his face (twice), he had a huge debt issue that Kendall resolved by bringing in Stewy and Co., Kendall closed Vaulter, Kendall had dude in the crippler cross-face several times, he died before the Gojo deal closed. He literally didn’t close one deal on the show if you overstand
.
I think people overcomplicate the ending with Shiv/Kendall. Kendall could do the job. He’s easily the most competent of the three kids in the business arena. However, it became a, “I can’t have it, so you can’t have it” kinda thing for her. Kendall could’ve said anything in that moment in she would’ve used that to justify voting no.
Amazing show!
