One of Kendall's most underrated strengths is when shyt hits the fan and his back is against the wall, he shines. It's after he passes whatever test he has to face and he has some power he absolutely drops the ball.

I disagree that he’s not cutthroat. He’s probably the most cutthroat of the three. It just needs to be pointed in the right direction. To me Roman has the best business sense and Shiv is the best person to have in the room when negotiating with egomaniacs. But i loved how Ken stuck up for his family when they were all clowning Greg. He’s the most natural a leader imo.

They said that Tom was saved and then they cut to Shiv smiling. Earlier in the episode her brothers asked her if she wanted them to fire Tom just for the hell of it and she didn’t say yes.

It looked like Mattsen saved Karolina because Shiv said that she was a solid employee, so I thought Shiv’s smile at the end meant that she wanted Mattsen to keep Tom. In the scene right before that she even asked Tom if he wanted to get dinner with her later, so it seems like she still has some weird feelings towards him
