One thing im not understanding is the crazy valuation of Waystar Royco and the crazy offer being made.

The company was allegedly worth around 80b or so? But dude gonna offer them 190+b?

He know ken and rome want to keep the company and everything it has not just the news media like the deal he had with logan and are trying to mess the deal up so he offer that amount to buy everything to them for trying to blow up the deal if they where to trun down this new deal they would get kick off from the company by the shareholders. think of Waystar Royco as Fox and the dude as disney and you can follow along more or less what happening in this show

For me this was the best episode thus far. Truly exposed their character flaws and lack of intelligence. Shiv coming it up and boozing while pregnant had me shook.

I disagree with the stance the siblings got played. You could say that Matsson got played by Roman when Roman called him out on his bull shyt for forcing the meeting 2 days after their father passed away. Maybe that was Mattson's play all along but it still got him to increase his offer from 144 to 192. That's a massive jump so even if he is playing them he's paying a hefty price to do so.

For me this was the best episode thus far. Truly exposed their character flaws and lack of intelligence. Shiv coming it up and boozing while pregnant had me shook.

It exposed their flaws but it also highlighted their strengths especially Roman's natural instincts. He went with his gut and he got rewarded financially rewarded for it. Also that scene between Roman and Matsson was one of the best scenes in the shows 4 seasons, Kieran Culkin cemented his Emmy win last night.
