Yes, I've lived long enough to recognize when someone's doing lazy deflection instead of engaging with the argument. And old enough to not fall for your horseshyt. I already acknowledged Biden's role in the 2005 Bankruptcy Act, and I've consistently said he should be condemned for it. What you keep dodging -- because you have no answer for it -- is the fact that despite that past, Biden has still canceled over $127 billion in student debt for millions of borrowers, even after after the people you campaigned for sued to stop it. Your only move is to throw out a 20-year-old vote like it's some mic drop, while you ignore the very real sabotage that stop broad relief from happening.

Old ass nikka, it's 1am where you are at.

Biden does not get credit for a little fix to the student loan debt crisis he had a major hand in creating since the 1970's. That's like giving a Nazi who put Jews into the death camp accolades because he help free some Jews right before Normandy, no you are still responsive for the crime.

Because of Biden had a major hand in creating the student loan crisis since the 1970's and a major hand in the 2005 Bankruptcy Act, the 2005 Bankruptcy Act led to the surge of foreclosures in the USA. The 2005 Bankruptcy Act that Biden had a major hand in, Black people suffered the most out of every other race and help destroy Black wealth. If Black families did not have their finances wiped out by Biden's 2005 Bankruptcy Act, they would have had money to pay for their children to college education, which would not have caused them to take out student loans for their children or the children to take out student loans because the Black parents would have had the finances to pay for the education.

Blacks suffer most in U.S. foreclosure surge

A 2011 study from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York found that the 2005 bankruptcy bill led to a surge of foreclosures that may not have happened otherwise, translating to an additional 29,000 foreclosures every three months.

It's 2:30 am where I'm at now too. The fact that you keep trying to sling insults shows how weak your argument is. I work for myself. I've worked my ass off to be able to afford my own schedule. Your parents should have taught you that. Anyway, you started this by claiming "Biden failed to deliver on his promise to forgive student loan debt." But now that you've been reminded of who actually sued to block broad forgiveness, you've got nothing, so you're flailing to avoid owning your false claim.

I've *recognized and criticized* Biden's role in the 2005 Bankruptcy Act, but that's not the argument here. The argument is: who's responsible for killing broad forgiveness, and who delivered relief despite it. You still haven't answered that, because you can't.

So here's the gauntlet: either engage with reality or just admit you were never serious about debt relief. You don't really have to do this, because we both know how embarrassingly unserious you are as a person. You just needed an excuse to deflect from the fact that the people you supported are the reason the broader plan didn't happen.

You do know Biden help create the student loan debt crisis when he backed the 2005 Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act.

He helped cause it. He tried to undo it. But MAGA and the courts blocked it. So at this point, MAGA took and still has ownership of the student debt crisis.

If only biden showed the same interest in waiving student loans that he did with funding a genocide he could have forced the supreme court to make a decision in restating someone's debt. But the reality is Biden didn't actually give a fukk about waiving student loan, it was just a primary promise he kept when consolidating the nomination.

He did and it was blocked. Did the Israeli war or US backing ever go to SCOTUS? How could he have forced SCOTUS to make a decision in restating someone's debt?

No he didn't, he purposely came out with a ridiculous sign up process which allowed the states to have time to challenge the order in the lower courts. If he would have simply waived everyone's student loans with his pen( like everyone asked) it would have been much harder for the supreme court to justify reinstating student loans back on the feds balance sheet. He didnt give two shyts about the potential courts to block the order, which is why he barely discussed the fact that it was blocked in the first place. I truly believe biden was hoping it would get blocked which is why he came out with the convoluted sign up process in the first place. He did not want to erase thay much debt and was just pandering to progressives to win the election
