:laff:

don't know what yall really expected from the dems.

I think most people didn't think it was a big ask to slightly attempt to bring American politics back towards the center even slightly rather than just keeping everything as far right as possible.

The generation that benefited more than anyone in world history on socialist policies pulled up the ladder, refuses to do anything for those that came behind them, and are putting us a crash course towards the purest form of fascism seen a country with kind of power in a long time.

Now that he's finally got this fukking infrastructure bill through I need to see his final stance on this. We need something to happen within the next 2 months. We don't got much time to wait he needs to tackle this asap starting Monday. Or just give his final decision on it.

At the very least pause the fukking payments for 6 more months good God

Tbh wtf is Nancy doing? Like this batty bytch need to realize if they shyt the bed on this issue you're losing a lot of that young generation. Them midterms gonna get messy and the dems are barely holding on now. Maybe you should, idk, satisfy your constituents by doing the shyt you said you'd do.

And before some dumbfukk says "Biden never promised 50k" he DID promise 10k.

And before some dumbfukk says "Biden never promised 50k" he DID promise 10k.

Then tell Chuck to abolish the filibuster and come up with a package to forgive 10k in student debt in response to the coronavirus pandemic as Biden Campaigned on.

The argument for student debt relief is that an outsized portion of debt is owned by a small fraction of Americans. 1 in 8 Americans carry student debt. The idea that there won't be a large amount of people who either paid off their debt or never took in on complaining about it isn't too far fetched. But that's almost every policy as most don't benefit the majority of Americans.

That being said Student debt relief, whenever it happens, will be means tested as not to look like a giveaway to top earners. People going to be mad. :pachaha:

Student loan relief is not gonna happen unless there is a mass movement of millennials and Gen z marching in the streets. The thing is it won’t pass because you already have the sentiment of those saying “I paid those student loans off so you can do it too.” Or “you should have gotten a better degree or not drop out of college.” We already have a pull up your bootstraps mentality in this country so shyt ain’t gonna change. The way our politics is where hyperpartisanship is the norm it won’t get passed. At this point just do for self and open those check books to pay back them loans because Uncle Sam is not gonna spend money for student loan relief. We can’t even get universal healthcare and you think they will give us student loan relief :mjlol:
