Real talk Biden learned EVERY lesson from the Obama administration. I'm sure he and Obama talk nonstop about it.

Remember towards end of Obama administration one of the things he mentioned ALL THE TIME during his speeches - ESPECIALLY to young people - is that you have to FORCE the politicians you support on policy. Not because you want an acrimonious relationship - but because that is how politics works. It gives the politician courage/cover when his base pulls him/her, as opposed to the base simply expecting movement. That leaves a political vacuum that is then filled by the opposition and even your fellow party members who lack guts.

And the kicker is that I would bet anything that he will include a tax credit for those who already paid off their loans in the upcoming tax reform bill. He's going to come out of this with kudos from a lot of younger voters, the educated/professional class (including the moderate republicans/centrists) and Black/Brown voters who are oftentimes crushed by these loans.

He already is.

Let's relax :mjlol:

He still has some ways to go.

Someone said he's top 5 DOA... :mjlol:

Now if he can get HR1 pass, infrastructure, immigration, student debt, and avoid any quagmires, he'll have a strong case for being the best since FDR. And yes that puts him in the GOAT conversation. But still, early days.
