Brehs - if I'm living in a country where Steam Decks are not yet for sale, but buy one online off Shopee or Carousell, is there any issue shop wise or account wise with using it?

Nope
Steam Deck is region free. I've travelled with mine to countries where they weren't even for sale and it worked fine.

is it ok to leave my steam deck plugged in all the time when I’m not using it?

haven’t used it in a few days so I left it plugged in…I see it’s at 91% tho which is a bit weird…I’m wondering if I could be affecting the battery by overcharging it

*edit*

nvm…I found out why it wasn’t fully charged…“valve has stated that when full the battery will stop charging for a while to allow it to run down a bit before resuming charging…”

If your device has been left on the charger for long periods of time, it may report less than 100% when taking it off the charger. This is normal – we allow the battery to slowly discharge after long periods of time under charge to optimize long-term battery health.
