I just started watching. It's kind of creepy how Captain Grey gets the word to execute Order 66 and just stares at General Billaba for a second as if he's thinking of the best method of execution before he opens fire on her. No warning... nothing.

Depends on how fast a rancor ages. There's about a 19 year span between this and Luke showing up at Jabba's palace.

Unless they changed it's name, that's not the rancor from ROTJ. That rancors name was Pateesa or something like that.

Slow burn right now, but Filoni is known for that. Little hints here and there as to what's coming, mainly whatever's going on with Wrecker's implant chip and the nature/scope of Omega's abilities.

It’s 16 episodes and we are at 5. I’m sure the good stuff is coming. But I enjoy this series so far. I wasn’t even a clone war fan like that..

Too much Filler and Ahsoka being annoying is the same criticism The Clone Wars got early on.

Also - I think we forget sometimes that this show is made for kids. It's gonna be corny and annoying at times.
