I actually don’t agree with this. Star Wars as a brand has so many stories they have never fully fleshed out in the main universes. You don’t want to run the risk of splintering the fan base and diluting and convoluting things before fans get the main stories fleshed out. That’s actually one of the things that contributed to the new trilogy being ass. The Bad Batch gives Disney and the creators a chance to fully develop the gap between the creation of the Empire and the transition from clones to regular enlistment and the growth of the Empire before the start of the rebellion. We might even see some Jedi hunting by Vader and the 501st

Added to all that, The Clone Wars is a really popular timeline of the overall IP, they are gonna milk that

Kaminoan's have to figure out a way to stay relevant to the empire ore they're getting wiped out. they can produce clone armies they always gonna be a threat to the Emporer
they hinted that Omega has the powers of all of the bad batch IMO when they were talking about how every member had a special capability and she was kinda like... i wonder what mine is
Wrecker clearly got a head injury that they kept referencing which makes me wonder if his chip is gonna go from malfunctioning to working and he's bout to go full order 66 on someone/something.

but yeah in general like i said in my post last week, they gonna have filler in all these animated series. shyt they even managed to have filler episodes in the last season of clone wars.
