I think the idea is they don’t want to kill their fellow clones.

I don't think she's an exception. Her energy bow is most likely set to stun. They all made a choice to not kill for two reasons: they don't want to harm their fellow clones who don't know what's been done to them, and they also want to be better examples to Omega.
Filoni keeps teasing about her true nature so it will all probably be a moot point anyway.

I thought it could be a turning point for the character but we’ll see. At a certain point, Crosshairs has to figure out shyt ain’t right. He didn’t snitch that the rest of the squad was still alive. At a certain point you got to wonder why anyone doesn’t go and try to force him out. Hunter especially.
Easily the best episode. I love Star Wars animation, but Bad Batch hasn't been it. Hopefully this episode is a turning point and they start doing more interesting character stories.

Also beginning a Cody 'redemption' arc.
I like the contrast that Crosshair is a worse person than a chipped 'regular' clone once their programming starts to wear off on its own.
Yea they gonna dumb it back down but the good thing its like 16 episodes. So a lot of room for filoni to drop gems like this one
