The last times Diago won an Evo was SFIV when the only character top dogging him was Sagat. Luckily for him there were no Sagat's that could compete with him.

Who gives a fukk about other tourneys where the best players in the world can't enter.

That tier list is the best one you going to find on google earth so you can stop looking.
