who do u think is top tier fighters?

i've seen lists, but who do u think personally and why?


i'll start: Ryu > Ken, on most SF tier lists.... (although ken is more fun to use imo)

E. Honda is always usually ranked at tha top also, most people wouldn't think his fat ass can be that good
