I think the Spiderman movie will make more than any other comic book movie

They have the MCU fans in their pockets and they're really targeting the young audience with this one, they're the biggest repeat viewing audience. Plus Spidey is a legacy character.

Add the fact that Ironman is in this and I'm inclined to agree with you. The top four grossing superhero movies of all time are MCU (Avengers, AOU, IM3, Civil War), all of which have ironman as the star or co star - I mean Captain America grossed more than 2 of Batmans biggest efforts. Plus this is Spidey who is one of if not the goat superhero. I'd be fukking STUNNED if this doesn't clear 10 figures. Ironman gonna get PP his first billion dollar movie

Not really. It's part of his intelligence. Now grant it this is a more tech inspired costume so it makes sense for a guy with the funds to design it but if they went with a low fi one then Pete could've easily designed it.

Not when it comes to people's origin stories. Again he's talking story wise not business wise. Batman showed up in suicide squad but he didn't impact anyone's origin story. Same with superman or batman.

Reports or actual facts? Because in suicide squad he had the costume he has in justice league and as far as the story goes he hasn't met flash yet so it seems like those reports were false homie.

If it changes we can have this conversation then but as of now that doesn't seem to hold water.

Makes even more sense that Stark would make it since PP is played as a broke junker

I thought he did have a rigged up one( based on civil war info) then tony broke him off and he made the new one?

I just sat there in the civil war thread and said I loved the movie and can't wait to get it on blu ray. I've said in this thread that I loved spider man in the movie and also said on this message board numerous times that I love iron man 3 and guardians and other marvel flicks. Just because I have a criticism doesn't mean I don't love it. Take your Stan panties off and relax lol. I know you feel like any criticism must mean I don't adore it but that's not how the world works or how critics works. Ease up relax have a coke and smile
