Zendaya as MJ (on some "I like your real name, Robin" bs and flash...Not the ethnicity or anything, he just didnt look the part to me of peters bully

but for the most part i loved it from beginning to end, esp Keaton...cant wait to see where they go from here. Second fav marvel movie after cap 2

It flowed really well and the comedy parts werent the usual marvel corny but like borderline high schoolish which is obvious why. The penis parker jokes n shyt. I loved that we didnt get 60 minutes of an origin instead we got a rookie spiderman trying to help out and find his place in the city.

The constant sacrifice of his own personal life for the greater good wasnt forced or corny. And the twist was well done. The whole theater gasped when the door opened and was quiet during the whole car ride.

What was the "prototype shield" and "thors magical belt" referring too?

Was about to see this again tonight but ended up checking The Big Sick out instead. I'll try to squeeze the second viewing in tomorrow.

I did end up watching Spider-Man-2 today (and Spider-Man 1 Friday night), for the first time all the way through since maybe 2007...

And with both fresh in my mind, not only do I like Homecoming more, I think it's a better movie too.
