It's a reference to Finding Nemo, which took place underwater. To me, it seems the next Black Panther might have something to do with Namor pulling Wakanda underwater or him and his underwater army invading Wakanda.

I think that's misinformation, they also said the snap wouldn't be undone. His Rights are the same as Hulk. He can cameo but can't star. Meaning using him as a villian is likely the only way he will be in the MCU.I think it’s a reach but hey I could be wrong.
Finding Wakanda could be a finding Nemo reference or it could be literally finding wakanda, which was a “lost” country for decades.
