this is definitely an Ant-man/Captain Marvel type "i wanna see it, but it still feels like a chore" MCU movies. i've seen every single one in the theaters going back to Iron-man 1 and while Endgame felt like a nice closeout, i just feel like I can't let the streak die. not like I'm gonna flock to the movies to see anything else this summer.
Go. If you like Spider-Man even a little bit you won’t regret it

Agree with part of the spoilers. But

The elementals never needed to be built up as a threat because it was all bullshyt. The idea that if left unchecked they’d destroy the planet was enough
I'm just talking about from the perspective of Fury, Hill and Peter before they knew it was all bullshyt. Seemed like it was a b level threat despite "one world" already having been destroyed by these things. Hope I didnt need a spoiler for what I just wrote.

I'd call this one an upgraded homecoming. Even down to Pete's teenage drama situations. I think that his uncovering/mastery of his spiderman abilities was so important in this film. One thing to keep in mind is that this is not a fully developed spider man. He is a rookie and it's clear this trilogy will be about him becoming a man. I fully expect the third film in this trilogy to be the best one after the events of far from home. This is a great set up for making one of the most innovative spider man on the big screen due to how they not only develop this spidey's skills as well as his new gadgets. His brain is also his most dangerous weapon which was great to finally see in a spiderman movie. I'll still put into the spider verse over this one but I'm gonna have to watch spiderman 2 again just to see which one is better. Right now I'd give it to far from home. The last third of this film is a dream.come true for the comic book head spidey fans.

Mysterio is one of the biggest fukk nikkas in comic book movie history :gucci::shaq2:
Hes a certified dikkhead in the comics.
Tried to make Wolverine believe he was a changed man only to turn around and get his fukk nikka shyt back on again.
:beli:

Deadpool running him over with the Pool Buggy was the best thing to happen to Mysterio.

I get it. I just felt some type of way about it.
